Purpose Statement

Kindness-made travel: kindness felt in every journey, every community, every place we pass through.

Tours For You exists to turn travel into a vehicle for kindness — connecting travelers, local communities, and the Iberian Peninsula in a way that generates measurable positive impact on the people we visit and the environment we pass through. We believe that a well-made trip leaves behind more than memories: it leaves stronger communities, a better-preserved territory, and a more conscious travel industry. We translate this purpose into action through concrete commitments: reducing and offsetting the carbon impact of every trip (TFY Carbon Trace), publicly recognising those who positively impacts as a vehicle for kindness (the Kindness Award), and formally engaging the communities and partners affected by our activity in the company's decisions. This purpose has been approved by the management of Tours For You and guides our commercial strategy, our products, and how we measure success.

Complaints and Feedback

1. How to file a complaint

Through the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), by email, or by phone. No formalities are required: a clear description of the situation, with dates, booking reference, and any supporting evidence, is enough.

2. What we accept

Any expression of dissatisfaction regarding service quality, failure to deliver on what was agreed, inappropriate behavior by team members, guides, or partners, or the social and environmental impacts of our activity. If a situation is not accepted as a complaint, we explain the reason in writing.

3. Timeframes and resolution

We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, review the situation within 5, and propose a resolution within 10 business days. In more complex cases, these timeframes may be extended, and you will always be informed. If we have fallen short, we want to make it right: we propose a fair and proportionate solution, assessed case by case. We always prioritize direct, human contact and confirm the closure of the complaint in writing.

4. No retaliation

No one suffers negative consequences for submitting a complaint in good faith. When requested, identities are treated confidentially.

Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Public Commitment Statement

At Tours For You, we are committed to promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do: in how we treat our team, how we choose and work with partners and suppliers, how we design our travel experiences, and how we engage with the communities we visit. We believe that truly "kindness-made" tourism is only possible when everyone involved (team members, partners, clients, and local communities) is treated fairly, with respect for their individuality, and with equal opportunity to participate and contribute.

What this commitment means in practice

This commitment applies to Tours For You's policies and practices across all its activities, business relationships, and community engagement, specifically through:

Periodic review of internal policies (compensation, scheduling, feedback) through a lens of fairness and equity;
Regular measurement of the team's culture and perceptions of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion through the Annual JEDI Survey;
Implementation of a concrete action plan, regularly reviewed and updated, and available for the team to consult at any time;
Extension of these principles, wherever applicable, to relationships with suppliers, partners, and local communities in the destinations where we operate.

Accountability

Responsibility for implementing and monitoring this commitment lies with Tours For You management, which periodically approves and reviews the JEDI Action Plan and reports its progress to the team.

What this commitment means in practice

This commitment applies to Tours For You's policies and practices across all its activities, business relationships, and community engagement, specifically through:

Considering human rights impacts, alongside social and environmental impacts, when reviewing our internal policies and business relationships;
Providing accessible channels for workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to raise concerns, including through our complaints management procedure;
Extending these principles, wherever applicable, to relationships with suppliers, partners, and local communities in the destinations where we operate.

ESG Commitments (Environmental, Social and Governance)

Kindness isn't declared. It's practiced.

At Tours For You, "kindness-made" tourism is more than a way of welcoming guests: it is the standard we hold ourselves to. That's why, instead of vague promises, we've gathered here the public commitments we make to people, communities, and the planet: our purpose, fairness and inclusion within and beyond our team, respect for human rights, the path toward lower-carbon tourism, and transparency in the way we engage with the world. They have been approved by management, are freely accessible, and are reviewed regularly, because only those who allow themselves to be measured can truly improve.
