Commitment to the 1.5°C limit
Tours For You supports the global ambition to limit warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, as set out in the Paris Agreement, and takes responsibility, as a company in the tourism sector, for contributing to that goal by reducing and offsetting the emissions associated with its activity.
Targets
- Offset 100% of residual carbon emissions associated with Tours For You's business operations by 2028.
- Offset 75% of carbon emissions associated with trips organized by Tours For You by 2030, through the "TFY Carbon Trace" program.
- Offset 100% of carbon emissions associated with trips organized by Tours For You by 2032, through the "TFY Carbon Trace" program.
- Maintenance of the company's low-carbon practices:
- Keep 100% of Tours For You's electricity from renewable sources.
- Maintain remote work of up to 10 business days per month as the team's predominant arrangement.
- Limit business travel to what is strictly essential, favoring lower-emission alternatives and videoconferencing, and record it annually.
- Do not increase emissions per employee above the baseline measured in 2027, even in a scenario of company growth.
