Description: 
The project "Tours For You – Humanity, assisted by AI," promoted by Tours For You – Passeios Turísticos, Unipessoal, Lda., consists of integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions into the proprietary Atlas software and the company's operations, aiming to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, and response capacity within the luxury tourism segment.
The intervention includes the development and integration of AI modules to support the creation of personalized itineraries, the automation of administrative and financial processes, and the adoption of digital productivity and communication tools. These solutions will optimize internal workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and support the company's operational management.
The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing team efficiency, reducing response times, and strengthening Tours For You's technological innovation capacity, while maintaining the focus on service personalization and the creation of distinctive tourism experiences for international clients.
Developed under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) and funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, the project aims to promote the company's digital transformation, enhance its competitiveness, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the luxury tourism sector.

Objectives, Activities, and Expected/Achieved Results: 
The project "Tours For You – Humanity, assisted by AI" aims to strengthen the company's digital transformation through the integration of AI solutions into its operations and management systems, contributing to greater operational efficiency, improved service quality, and increased customer response capacity.
Through the implementation of AI tools, the integration of intelligent features into the proprietary Atlas software, and the adoption of digital productivity and communication solutions, the project will allow for the automation of administrative and financial processes, support the creation of personalized itineraries, and optimize the company's operational management.
The project is structured into different stages of technological development and implementation, from the integration of AI solutions and adaptation of existing systems to their full use in the company's daily activities, promoting greater efficiency in internal processes and strengthening the response capacity to the international market.
Key expected results include increased team productivity, reduced time for preparing itineraries and commercial proposals, improved efficiency in administrative and financial processes, and the reinforcement of the company's competitiveness in the luxury tourism sector, contributing to a more efficient, innovative, and sustainable operation.
