We will commence our day with our transport and local guide taking us 30 km west of San Sebastian to the fishing village of Getaria. A charming fishing village where you can enjoy fresh-caught fish right at the port accompanied by the local white wine called txakoli. It is wedged between two beautiful beaches and also has a little islet that makes it for a nice hike. This beautiful village has an outstanding culinary scene. We will first take a walk through it and then head towards the hills for some tasting. We will visit a Txakoli bodega, runned by a family, where we will enjoy a glass of wine while walking though their vineyards. Get to know in person more about this wine and its essence. We will then continue our trip to an organic farm, property of a family, that provide its products to more than 26 Michelin star restaurants for its high quality vegetables with an incredible taste. After this full gastronomic day, we will head back to San Sebastian. On our way, we will still visit the Balenciaga Museum in Getaria, where we will admire one of the most important fashion collections worldwide.
